Until Gabriel gets his own chair, his infant Boppy Lounger and some pillows are working quite nicely.
Helped pack the "Dumpbox" at David & Bethany's and then we got to use it in our own move. Unpacking it here makes me think of them & smile.
Speaking of unpacking, we have some lovely "help" with our boxes. :-)
Buddies staring out the window together at the big, wide world.
He loves his room! He has plenty of space to enjoy without being told "no, don't touch that." All his board books & safe toys are right on his level.
"Mom, I'm helping do laundry." I could take one of these pictures nearly every day. If there is laundry to be folded, he will find it and "help." (And there is ALWAYS laundry to be folded.)
It's so awesome to have a playroom!
Our first family dinner together AT HOME after almost a week of eating out. Of course the first meal we cook would be tacos. ;-)
He's figured out that he can reach the buckles so he loves to channel his buddy Roslyn and play with them constantly.
Mmmm, yummy pancakes and breakfast at the big table!
Sometimes a tough day means you need a little catnap before dinner (dads and kids alike).
We made it to campus! Campus is only a 20-minute walk from home and it's a totally gorgeous day. We enjoyed our exploratory visit, just figuring out where buildings are.
An important building to find on campus - the one that holds the Starbucks! Time for a mommy/son snack break.
And then we stopped to play in the quad on the way home. He's still not so sure about grass so we're working on it.
For those who don't believe he gets mad or upset. ;-) It's awful when you get stuck under the stack tables!
"Mom, I'm a total pro at these snack cups now. I can even eat a snack while we're grocery shopping. No biggie."
We're phasing out morning naps so sometimes we still need a little movie break and a snack to reboot.
Spaghetti night!
Homemade squeeze pouches are the best! This new little handle makes it so easy to eat yummy food prepared by mama.
Even if mama does get the laundry folded I manage to undo all her hard efforts in no time.
Rosie has learned that it is wise to hang out under the high chair. She is very excited for the additional food in her days.
Puppy enjoying the backyard. She's so beautiful. :-)
