This week started with mom being out of town again! This time it was to Kansas City, MO for a job interview at UMKC. Dad and Gabriel are so good at being supportive and loving from a distance! Special kudos to dad for taking such amazing care of our boy while I was gone and making it possible for me to pursue great opportunities. The first group of pictures and quotes are all the great texts dad sent while I was gone.
"Yaaaay! Eatin' some lunch. :-)"
Well guess that answers that question... He found the video game shelf!
"Mama, I ate my whole dinner without daddy mashing any of it! Also I laughed at my own dude farts."
"Fwew! He got me out! Now he says it's bath time!"
"Mama, daddy won't stop kissing me! He says they're all from you!"
Dad and Gabriel play while mom finishes getting dinner ready.
Just a good video of play time.
Happy Easter! For a special treat mom made French toast for breakfast. Gabriel's first special breakfast (more than cereal and fruit).
A book for every single gift giving occasion. That's our plan and he seems pretty ok with it. :-)
Happy Easter from the Fulchers!
Right after church we jumped in the car and drove to Bowling Green, Ohio for yet another job interview for mom. My boys are such troopers! As always, Gabriel was happy to be along for the ride and loved exploring the new place.
"Mama, why am I in jail? Was it because I pulled the cat's tail?"
"Good morning mommy! We're so proud of you! Go show them how awesome you are!"
"Good morning mama! Go do real good again today! We love you!"
"Mama, why did daddy put me in this box?"
"Getting squeaky clean!"
The first time creating a cage for the boy so he can hang out safely while I teach lessons. So far he likes it pretty ok.
Now that's a green dinner. This kid is so sweet when he eats. It's serious business!
So many toys - so little time! And now a new toy, a super soft stuffed dog from grandma & grandpa as an early Easter present.
The new doggie is a hit! Time for lots of snuggles.
From snuggling to wild man and back again in 2.2 seconds.
This is the face he makes every time he tries a new food. It looks so awful but it goes away quickly and then he's excited to chow down.
Time to get cleaned up for an Easter Basket and then church.
Our little bookworm. Even on a long car ride he's happy as long as he has a book.
